We are not yet ready to post the source code. Arrangements with PSU have fallen through and we are looking for another host. We must commit to a licensing system (e.g. GPL2, GPL3, BSD) before posting the source code. If possible, I would like to allow the host to have strong input in choosing the licensing system. Hence the delay. This is just a delay. If we cannot find a reliable host, IC Editors, Inc., will not close down completely so that it can host the open source version of this software.
New Users: Once you have installed the software you will find a variety of tutorial and reference manuals in the DOC subdirectory of the application directory. (Typically C:\ICWIN\DOC).
